HUMMEL's main focus is on innovative connector solutions. Innovations in the M12 power and the M23 series will be presented. Especially the power packages in the M12 Power series represent a genuine alternative for transmitting a lot of power (up to 16A) in a confined space. These are situations that frequently occur in building services engineering. In addition the is the robustness of the plug connectors. With its compact metal housing they fulfil the protection classes IP 67 and IP 69K. They function continuously and reliably in temperature ranges up to 125⁰ C and are thus ideally suited for demanding applications in hostile environments. The connector series is available in customised or encapsulated versions. Furthermore nine different device connectors each in four codings are available.

The M23 angled plug connector from the HUMMEL AG is also new. In its latest, modified version, this plug connector is extremely robust and easy to install. Its compact design and the unlimited rotation up to an angle of 300 degrees is significant. The new angled plug connector thus ideally complements the successful M23 series. This connector family is available for the application sectors signal, power and industrial Ethernet. Various housing designs can be combined with numerous contact applications thus offering the user an unusually high number of variants. Flexibility is the guiding principle for the connectability. The connectors are available with a threaded coupling and also with the quick lock TWILOCK. Furthermore there are also variants that are intermatable with the Speedtec connecting system.
